Employment Services · For DVR counselors

Fading services. Shining results.

Tell us about the referral and get a straight answer about whether we're the right fit before any paperwork moves.

Book a meet-and-greet (45–60 minutes)
A worker in an apron points at a tablet held by a young woman with Down syndrome in a café, while a third colleague looks on.

The DVR services we provide

  • Preliminary Assessment
  • Job Search Assistance
  • Situational Assessment
  • Job Placement Assistance
  • On-the-Job Evaluation
  • On-the-Job Supports
  • Job Readiness Training
  • Pre-ETS, for students — details

This is the whole list. If a referral needs something that isn't here, we'll say so up front rather than after the paperwork is written.

How a referral runs

  1. Referral and scopeYou send it. We confirm what's in scope within one business day and flag anything that doesn't fit before work starts.
  2. Assessment and job matchWe meet the person and work toward a job they can actually sustain — not the first opening that will take them.
  3. Placement and on-the-job supportsOn site, then less on site, then gone. Fading is the goal from week one.

What working with us looks like

You reach a person
A real reply within one business day, from someone who knows the case.
Progress in writing
What happened, what didn't, and what's next — plus a heads-up while a problem is still fixable.
We tell you when we're wrong for it
A referral we can't serve well goes back to you quickly instead of quietly stalling.

Talk to us

The easiest way in is a short meet-and-greet. Bring a case you're unsure about and we'll tell you straight whether it fits.
